How do I submit an Event for the website?

To submit an "Upcoming Event" for listing on the JCSVV home page and/or in the newsletter you need to use the » Notice of Event Form

Note that you must be a registered author to use this form. If you are not a registered author, you can ask an author you know to assist you, or you can » Request a UserID and Password

Events MUST be submitted via the Notice of Event form to insure we have all the proper event information including the date, time, and duration of the event.

Events listed as "Upcoming Events" on the JCSVV Home Page are displayed as images. All events submitted will be considered for the home page, and if listed will be converted to simple images. IF you wish to design a specific flyer image to use on the home page (so you can include graphics and colors) you may submit it as an image with the event (see more help below for how to submit images). The flyer image for the event should be 400 to 600 pixels wide and 600 to 900 pixels high.
